From the receptionist to the manager, no matter who it is, you will always get a friendly hello, it makes all the difference when visiting the Irvine centre. There was a no pressure sale from Sam and he kept me up to date on the delivery.

Purchase was very professional and the showroom was well appointed. Staff were helpful and polite. Kept fully up to date in terms of delivery and the vehicle was well presented.

Slightly disappointed the dash cam I ordered wasn't fitted before collection. On the way home the ride home was bumpy and as engineer my husband checked the tyre pressure which was sitting at 45psi, they should have reduced before collection

Apart from the actual 'Recall-Job', Arnold clark mechanics handed me a long list of advisories as to what needs changing/replaced in the near future!. (spare parts-sales pitch) I still do not know whether the 'Steering/Air-bag' issue sorted?.

Told about the complete details of the service, was given feedback that my 2 front tyres were low on tread had the replaced and all work completed to the original time & date
