The experience at the sales centre was first class. I felt looked after, had no pushy sales tactics and was free to explore the car and test drive for as long as I liked. The knowledge of everyone onsite was excellent.

All good - only slight criticism was it took a few days from initial contact before I was able to speak to and make an appointment with motability specialist - no return of telephone calls at all.

My only concern was i picked this car, because , when I sat in it there was a label hanging fron the rear view mirror saying it had the drive recorder . Since I've recently been discovering its features , to my disappointment found it doesn't have

From the receptionist to the manager, no matter who it is, you will always get a friendly hello, it makes all the difference when visiting the Irvine centre. There was a no pressure sale from Sam and he kept me up to date on the delivery.

Booked in for major coolant leak repair. After 2 days instead of repair I was sent video of advisories, including the coolant leak, with no action. 180 GBP to identify the hose, 220 GBP to replace. 400 GBP to replace a failed coolant hose. Shocking

At are friendly. Had a bit of an issue with parts but it got sorted. Cappuccino was superb and it was helpful to have a place to work with WiFi while I wait
