Being picky. Vehicle check video poor quality and link expires too quickly. Service technician spoken language difficult to understand. Wasn't made aware that site was undergoing redevelopment, so didn't know where to go for assistance on arrival.

The work and service from branch itself was fine but just not correct information given when booking car in for recall. If the branch hadn't ran me home / dropped off vehicle the work wouldn't of been able to get done as had no transport home!

Dawn was great at keeping me informed but she could not remove the potential cost of £182 as she is told she has to add that cost. Itis a bad practice for Arnold Clark to do this. I realise that certain faults have to be diagnosed by the technicians.

Booking experience was great. Slightly disappointed when picking up the car after receiving a tyre replacement that the tyre pressure warning light was on & everything else on the car was cleaned except from the wheel with replaced tyre.

Unfortunately the branch couldn't tell me the manufacturer of oil or grade they used in my vehicle. At a cost of £136 The answer I got was bulk from the pump.
