Service on the day was good but I had almost a 2-year wait for 2x recalls to be completed due to lack of parts.

They dealt with my repair quicker than I thought as they had to wait on bmw warranty being authorised, plus the staff again were very professional and very helpful

Initially was told it was going to be 4 months before I was able to get the service and recall which is ridiculous tine scales. I phoned back and got in after 3-4 weeks.
