Very pleased with the customer service during purchase. On collection, car appeared to have a 2 inch scratch near the rear lights. Ttaken away and repaired within 15 mins - advised it was a glue spill. This did spoil the delivery experience.

Well when we got home our car windows or side mirrors wouldn't open or close. We phoned the centre and the company were not prepared to accept any liability. So our car was booked info an investigation of the problem and we got an estimate of £1,450.

Problem recurred, all staff at garage were however very helpful and seemed to genuinely care that fault had been repaired. At time of leaving the premises, no one was aware that problem had not been fixed.

Disgrace being charged £180 per fault for diagnosis, car was washed but missed 50% of it, reported a problem with brakes they said a health check complete I seen no evidence, didn't top up coolant in car even when light was on, disgraceful service!

The bill was higher than the amount quoted when I booked on the app. I was asked to be there at 0745 but wasn't taken until 0815. I asked them to clear a message on the dashboard as per BMW's advice and was told I'd have to pay £182 for a diagnosis
