Car in for service. All ok. Although when collecting car noticed they had physically disconnected a hardwire dashcam. Cables I had in roof lining hanging down. Would expect car back in same condition I left it in.

Charged me £188.40 to put a plug back in that had came out under the seat. Mechanic explained to me was a 2second job. Yet I had to pay or I wouldn't have my car which was desperately needed. No disputing paying something but £188.40 is excessive.

Job was carried out as initially agreed but the machine required to fix the car was broken initially so I had to wait 10 days for the repair to be carried out making the car feel unsafe in the mean time but staff were friendly and informative.
