I left the car at the garage just before 8 had a.text at 6 minutes passed 8 to say the car was in the workshop .about 1 hour llatet received video re health check .Then a text to say the car would be ready at 11.30 .First class service

The lady was quite abrupt from my first initial time in the branch, grabbed my key in my hand oh it's a bmw. You have to call the warranty number. This has been an issue since purchase so it shouldn't have went through warranty. Wouldn't entertain me
